A Surveyor’s Real Property Report (SRPR) is a certified boundary plan showing the property dimensions and the location of any buildings, fences, hedges, easements, encroachments, right of way and features close to the property lines. It is strongly recommended for real estate transactions.

Property line demarcation

Ontario Land Surveyors (OLS) are the only certified land surveyors to provide their opinion about boundary by conducting a survey for your property and markup the property line. All projects at Grad surveying will be supervised by OLS directly.

We offer full surveying services for and lot severance subdivisions, ensuring compliance with municipal regulations and supporting efficient land development.

Reference Plans

Topography surveys

Our topographic surveys capture detailed land elevations and features, enabling accurate volumetric calculations for materials such as piles. This is critical for planning and construction purposes.

Grading plans for residential and commercial properties are one of the required items for building permits and engineering works. Our team has incredible experience with different towns in the province for providing the grading plan.

Lot Grading Plan

All kinds of construction can be monitored professionally to detect movements at accuracy 2-3 mm’s based on project specifications.
