Boundary Surveys (SRPR) Surveys
A Surveyor’s Real Property Report (SRPR) is a certified boundary plan showing the property dimensions and the location of any buildings, fences, hedges, easements, encroachments, right of way and features close to the property lines. It is strongly recommended for real estate transactions.
Property line demarcation
Ontario Land Surveyors (OLS) are the only certified land surveyors to provide their opinion about boundary by conducting a survey for your property and markup the property line. All projects at Grad surveying will be supervised by OLS directly.
Reference Plans
We offer full surveying services for and lot severance subdivisions, ensuring compliance with municipal regulations and supporting efficient land development.
