Information you choose to provide

Grad Surveying collects the information you enter when requesting a survey quote: your name, email address, property location and service requirement. A phone number is required for a phone reply and otherwise optional. Your timeline and project message are optional. Please do not send payment details, identification documents or unrelated sensitive information through this form.

Why we use it

We use your inquiry to understand the property and proposed work, prepare or discuss a quote, and contact you by phone or email. Submitting an inquiry is not an order, a booking, an authorization for payment or a subscription to marketing messages.

How your inquiry is delivered

Vercel hosts the website and processes requests to the form. Resend delivers the inquiry notification to Grad Surveying's designated business inbox. Your email address is used as the Reply-To address so the team can respond to you. The website application does not create a separate inquiry database; submitted inquiries are held in the resulting email messages and any records needed to handle your request.

Browser storage and security checks

The homepage may store your property address, chosen service and timeline in this browser's session storage so you do not need to enter them twice. This information is read and removed when the quote page opens, and is not sent to Grad Surveying at that first step. Drafts are accepted for up to 30 minutes; an unread entry can remain until the browser tab closes.

The live quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical device and connection information for verification. Hosting and security providers may process connection addresses, request information and security logs. The application also uses short-lived attempt counters to reduce repeated submissions. Do not include private information in website URLs.

Access and service providers

Inquiry information is used by Grad Surveying and service providers involved in hosting, security, email delivery and handling the request. The live inquiry flow sends notifications to the business inbox, not a developer test inbox. Providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. This website does not offer inquiry information for sale or use the quote form to enrol you in advertising campaigns.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, manage any resulting business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Retention may differ for an initial inquiry and an ongoing surveying engagement. Contact us to ask about access, corrections, deletion, retention or a privacy concern. Requests are considered alongside applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.

Cookies and measurement

This website does not currently load visitor analytics, advertising pixels or social-media embeds. Temporary browser storage and security verification support the inquiry workflow. We will update this notice and implement the appropriate controls before introducing optional analytics or marketing technologies.
