We welcome inquiries from across the province, including central, eastern, southwestern and northern Ontario. Toronto and GTA communities remain part of our coverage, including Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville and Etobicoke.

For a property outside the GTA, start with the location, the service you need and your preferred timeline. We will discuss the project requirements and site-visit arrangements before the work is confirmed.

Permit and submission requirements vary by municipality and by project. Share any instructions from your designer, project team or municipal reviewer so the surveying scope can be coordinated with the property's requirements.

Do you provide surveying services outside Toronto and the GTA?

Yes. Grad Surveying provides land surveying services across Ontario. Include your property address and project requirements when requesting a quote so we can confirm the scope, scheduling and site-visit arrangements.

Are scheduling and site visits the same for every location?

No. The location, access, survey scope and project schedule are reviewed together. We confirm the arrangements in the quote rather than promise a single travel radius or the same availability everywhere.

What should I provide for a property without a street address?

Enter the municipality and a useful location description in the property-address field, and add relevant access details in the project message. We will clarify any further location information with you.
